WVWC dining services are managed by Aladdin Food Management Services an Elior Company

Here at West Virginia Wesleyan, we offer a program that meets the needs of today’s college student.  We offer a vast variety of options to please everyone.  Our dining program is designed to provide the quality and variety our customers expect. 

Campus dining is provided in the French A. See Dining Center. An expansive program is offered that includes traditional entrees, grill items, deli sandwiches, pizza, pasta, soup and salad bar, fresh fruit, pastries and desserts, and hand dipped ice cream, and a variety of specialty bars.

We welcome the West Virginia Wesleyan community, as well as their friends and family, to purchase a meal (the prices are very reasonable!) and sample our delicious food which ranges from “traditional” home-style cooking and comfort foods to innovative trends spotlighted in our buffets and specialty bars.

Staff

Our staff is highlighted by our Director of Dining Services, Chef Patrick O’Brien.  A classically trained chef, Patrick has been at WVWC for seven years serving as Executive Chef for 5 years, and now is in his second year as Director.  Chef Patrick has been with Aladdin for 10 years, and is on the Culinary Innovation Council with Elior North America, Aladdin’s Parent Company.

Our Catering Director Cindy Wentz has been with Aladdin for 20 years and has served various managerial roles.  She took over the catering department in March of 2018 and has flourished in her new role as our caterings and event planning has never been better.

Jason Fleck, our new Executive Chef brings his flare and talents from San Diego.  Jason has an extensive restaurant background and has a wide range of culinary experience.  Jason has visited over 10 countries, and has a great knowledge of food and ingredients.  Chef Jason is also the winner of the 2016 Cast Iron Cook-off here in West Virginia.  Aladdin has a great team of very talented culinary professionals.

BREAKFAST- a selection of meats, juice,fruit,hot and cold cereals, eggs, a rotating specialty selection of breakfast entrees, hot breads, toast, waffles, and fresh baked bakery items.

LUNCH- Hot specialty entrees, vegetables, meats, trends bar, hot grill and cold deli sandwiches, pizza, casseroles, stews, salads, soups, breads, desserts, and beverages.

 

BRUNCH- Served on Saturday and Sunday and features a combination of breakfast and lunch specials.

DINNER- Hot specialty entrees, vegetables, meats, specialty bars, pizza, hot grill and cold deli sandwiches, casseroles, stews, salad bar, breads, desserts, and beverages.
